What is the value of focusing on diversity and inclusion? When staff feel valued and recognized in their full diversity, they give their best to the organization. When clients and customers feel connected to, and feel a part of an organization, they tend to recommend its services or products to their friends.

Working As Allies - examines how community service employees can establish a meaningful alliance with their clients and customers and support them in achieving their greatest potential.
