Organizational Learning

What do agencies gain from a focus on learning? What role does learning play in strengthening organizational change?

When we reflect on our work and our challenges, we expand our personal capacity to learn and participate meaningfully in change processes. The results of organizational learning include: increased commitment to and a shared ownership in our work; accountability and enhanced effectiveness.

We have developed several workshops aimed at strengthening  learning in organizations, for example:

Positive Problem Solving - This practical skills based workshop is a great way to enhance the ability of staff and managers to understand and learn from problems in a positive way.  Organizations that find innovative and novel ways to address day to day challenges will foster a creative, motivated and inspired workforce. 

Values in the Workplace - These workshops identify key values shared by employees about their work and explore how these values can be brought to life in programs and services as well as in workplace practices.
